Frankly I argee. Religion is just one great big ovr exaggerated bullshit sotry. Sure, Jesus Christ existed as a phyisical and historical being, but he wasn't white with blue eyes either. The Christian based religion is nothingmore than a bunch of sotries that have been translated and mistranslated and retranslated and edited to a point when the real meassage of it all has abosulutely no meaning what so ever. Pretty soon, all the religionsits will mistranslate the universal message "treat others the way you want to be treated yourself" to "treat others to a party at the local bar like they would treat you if you had a hernia operation." That is why I too have lost my faith because it it all a bunch of road apples. You don;t need a book and an religious institution that acts as a medium for God and at the same time molest little boys, to be a decent human being. That should come naturally.

Also the sanctity of life..that whole idea of the sanctity of life crap. HArdcore religionsts are appalled about abortion and wants it stopped even though the mother's own life is being threatened. The wole premise of a santitious life was made up simply by people who are alive. I mean if you ask dead people they don;t really give a shit becasue they are dead. We care about life becasue we are alive. But if we think about it, we're hypocrites too! We don;t practice the sanctity of life to the letter. Look at all the bacteria and cancer cels that we kill every day. If the Religionists are upset about abortion, then what about chicken eggs? HUH? Isn't that the same thing?? IF its a fetus we call it an abortion, if its a chicken we call it an omellete or sunny side up. Ironic isn;t it.
